If you receive an invoice, payment is due upon receipt. If you have any questions or concerns, or wish to discuss possibilities for payment, you must immediately notify me by calling 608.558.8340 or emailing me at steven.guth@guthlawscw.com. Any payments thirty (30) days or more overdue shall begin to accrue interest at the rate of 12% annually (1% per each month). Unless proper 24 hour notice is given, failure to attend a scheduled meeting with me can result in a charge up to and including the full valued amount of the missed appointment.

You might be surprised to find out it is not always me. I enjoy meeting new clients, but if the best way to help you out is to refer you somewhere else, I will do just that. If you seek a harassment or abuse restraining order/ injunction, please book an initial interview; if I believe I can help you, we will work out specifics, including price, then.
