As a reminder - Retainer is $2000, and hourly rate is ca. $200/ hour.
Of that retainer, $1000 is a true retainer - we will discuss that when we meet.
(rates are potentially negotiable dependent upon income and case type)
If you receive an invoice, payment is due upon receipt. If you have any questions or concerns, or wish to discuss possibilities for payment, you must immediately notify me by calling 448.GUTH.LAW or emailing me at steven.guth@guthlawscw.com. Any payments thirty (30) days or more overdue shall begin to accrue interest at the rate of 12% annually. Unless proper notice of 24 hours is given, failure to attend a scheduled meeting can result in a charge up to and including the full valued amount of the missed appointment.
Cash or check in person are accepted, but I prefer in person cash and remote credit/ debit card (tap or chip or online), PayPal, Venmo, and Cash App. To find me on PayPal, it is easiest to use the phone number 608.558.8340, on Venmo search @MrGuth, and Cash App scan below or search $RevGuthEsq.
Anything digital is my preferred method of payment; it just makes bookkeeping and taxes easier.
There is a 3.5% transaction fee for all credit/ debit card and online transactions.
