If you seek to schedule any new service, you need to begin with a FREE 30-minute initial client interview. Select the appropriate choice on the right.

If you would like to book a pro se appointment, you must pay in person with either a card, app, cashier’s check, or cash; please call, text, or email to set up arrangements and an appointment.

Anyone at anytime can pay for any service, or for an invoice that is due, in person or online, by card, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, check, cash, or money order/ cashier’s check. Please reach out to me if you would like to find a time to stop by and pay; be advised that there is a 3.5% service charge on all electronic payments, online or in person. There is never a service fee on checks, cashier’s checks, or cash.

If you receive an invoice, payment is due as soon as you get it. If you have any questions or concerns, or wish to discuss possibilities for payment, you must immediately notify me by calling 448.GUTH.LAW (448.488.4529) or emailing me at steven.guth@guthlawscw.com. Any payments thirty (30) days or more overdue shall begin to accrue interest at the rate of 12% annually (1% per each month). Unless proper notice is given, failure to attend a scheduled meeting can result in a charge up to and including the full valued amount of the missed appointment.
